The Comix Reader offical launch party is TODAY

Tonight is the official Comix Reader launch party, the last one didn't go ahead but this one is defiantly still on. Check out the flyer below for the details. It should be good fun and most of the artists in this issue should be there.

Here is a picture of the Comix Reader in action. (My friend Steve is having a read on the way home) My comic can be seen on the back cover.

News on my comic "Gissa Job"

I was approached by a very friendly and kind volunteer who works in a zine shop in Australia called Sticky Institute. They wanted me to send over some copies of my comic/zine "Gissa Job" to stock in their shop, so I thought why not and sent them some copies. Many thanks to Candace for her help and taken this picture for me of my comic in their shop.

Here is the link to their zine shop: www.stickyinstitute.com

My comic also got a review by "365 zines a year" blog site which reviews zines and comics. This is the link to the review which caught the attention from my new zine friends in Australia: Click Here

The Comix Reader OUT NOW

Out now, featuring my new comic strip. This project is 100% funded by all the contributing artists and is 100% self published.

Here is some info: "The Comix Reader is in part an attempt to recapture some of the free spirit of the underground press, and also an experiment in publishing : 9,000 copies paid for and distributed by the artists. Printed on cheap newsprint, it's the opposite of the expensive limited edition; accessible to all who are interested."

It's only cost £1 plus 50p postage and packaging.(UK only)
